Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to provide industry-leading pest management for commercial clients.

You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and offer prevention advice while adhering to safety regulations. You will build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and ensure equipment is maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product labels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests while following safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and the importance of a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and expand product reach.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
