Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Service Technician to protect client properties across designated routes. You will receive award-winning training and a company vehicle with a gas card, with opportunities for ongoing development and advancement.

Starting pay is competitive, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Prior pest control experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route and daily operation schedule within territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Solve problems for customers using Orkin Pro expertise.
• Meet with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer properties.
• Communicate actions taken to customers and discuss peace of mind services.
• Complete all service-related documentation in handheld device.
