A leading automotive parts retailer in Spring Hope, NC, is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to drive profitable growth in the commercial business. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and supervising Team Members. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of automotive parts experience and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers opportunities for sales commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• ASE Certification Preferred, But Not Required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
