Job summary

An automotive parts company in Edinburg, Texas is seeking a full-time Commercial Parts Pro to support sales and manage team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive system knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and experience in customer relations. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, supervising team members, and achieving sales goals. Candidates are preferred to have ASE certification and a background in automotive parts sales. Position is eligible for sales commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Leadership experience supervising daily tasks is beneficial.
• Effective communication and strong relationships with customers are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
