Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales pro to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and directs drivers for timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates will have strong automotive parts knowledge, experience in selling to commercial customers, and the ability to source from multiple channels including special orders and second sources. The position is full time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks to achieve goals.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
