An automotive parts retailer is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro in Newton, NJ, to manage customer relationships and ensure profitable growth. This full-time role requires knowledge of automotive systems, the ability to provide excellent customer service, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and 3 years of automotive parts experience. Compensation ranges from $19.95 to $21.95 per hour.

Formación

• A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
