Job summary

Maxwon LLC in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Commercial Painting Superintendent to lead a painting operations team across on-site projects. You will oversee production, safety, and quality while optimizing workflows and controlling costs.

The role requires coordinating up to 30 painters and foremen, reading blueprints, and driving on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment. In this in-person position, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in commercial painting with paint, primers, brush/roll, and spray techniques.
• Prior management experience of paint crews.
• Strong organizational skills in field and office.
• Fluent communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, timekeeping and scheduling software.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Reliable, self-motivated, professional.

Job Description: Commercial Painting Operations Manager

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

Skills/Qualifications Requirements:
