Resource Options Inc. is actively seeking Commercial Painters for upcoming projects throughout the Biddeford, Maine area. You will prepare surfaces, apply finishes, and ensure quality workmanship on commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Commercial painting experience preferred.
• Experience with brush, roll, and spray applications.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to get to job sites.
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, wire brushing, and cleaning
• Patch and repair surfaces using caulk, putty, plaster, and other fillers
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Mix and match paints to meet project specifications and color requirements
• Protect surrounding surfaces with masking materials, drop cloths, and coverings
• Remove and reinstall fixtures, outlet covers, and hardware as needed
• Perform commercial finish work with attention to detail and quality standards
• Create decorative finishes and specialty coatings when required
• Safely work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and company guidelines
