Job summary

Moorhouse Coating in Scottsdale is seeking a full-time Commercial Painter to work on commercial projects such as offices, retail, multi-family, and industrial facilities. You will use spray, brush, and roll techniques to apply paints and coatings on interiors and exteriors.

Responsibilities include surface prep, safety, and coordinating with crew leads. Candidates should have 2+ years of commercial painting experience and be comfortable with ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional commercial painting experience.
Experience with airless and HVLP spray equipment.
Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
Ability to read work orders and project specifications.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Apply paints, primers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Prepare surfaces including cleaning, patching, sanding, and masking.
Work on commercial interiors and exteriors at various heights.
Follow project specifications and color schedules.
Maintain safety standards and clean work areas.
Coordinate with crew leads and other trades on job sites.
