Job summary

Kaloutas is seeking a Commercial Painter in CT to join our team. The role requires prior commercial painting experience, reliable transportation, OSHA-10 or willingness to obtain, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. You will report to the Project Foreman and bring your own tools for on-site work.

Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, with overtime eligibility and a strong benefits package including health, dental, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) match, and PTO.

• Has minimum 2 years painting experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• OSHA 10 or willingness to get
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone or mobile device
• Ability to lift 25 lbs., climb ladders
• This position reports to Kaloutas Project Foreman

• Consistently arrives to jobsite on-time

• Brings own tools to job site
• Treats co-workers with respect
• Completes timesheet every Friday
• Checks phone and returns calls and emails within 24 hours
• Completes all required safety training

Compensation

• This is a full-time, hourly position
• The rate of pay is dependent on experience ($23-$30/hr)
• Overtime-Eligible
