Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field or experience in lieu of a degree with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of directly related experience in natural gas scheduling or other natural gas business activities of marketing or purchasing is required.
• Working knowledge of Texas Intrastate pipeline infrastructure.
• Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, well-organized.
• Good organizational and planning skills are required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Read and interpret new and existing transportation, purchase, and/or sales agreements.
• Maintain and update a list of customers with no-notice interruptible pricing.
• Distribute no-notice interruptible pricing to specified customers.
• Create and maintain several comprehensive spreadsheets designed to capture the value associated with various services provided by the pipes.
• Maintain tracking tools designed to ensure customers abide by the language contained within their executed agreements.
• Direct communication with third-party customers and act as our customer service representative.
• Verify volumes with operations, gas control, and/or measurement through monitoring SCADA and FlowCal.
• Collaborate with Commercial team to support new transportation, purchase, and/or sales proposals.
• Verify storage position under third-party storage agreements.
• Assist accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and true-up when necessary.
• Work with Business Analyst team to automate data collection and verify accuracy.
