Job summary

Lang Masonry Contractors is seeking construction Laborers for year-round commercial masonry work across Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky, and surrounding states. You’ll help keep projects moving by ensuring masons have block, brick, mortar, wire and control joints ready.

As a Laborer you’ll mix mortar, erect scaffolding, cut materials with power saws, move supplies, and prep surfaces. You’ll also organize tools and assist masons, following directions and asking questions when needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced job-site environment.
• Reliable and team-oriented.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay proactive.
• Construction or masonry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mix mortar and grout manually or with machines according to formulas.
• Erect scaffolding and cut materials to size with power saws.
• Move, locate, and supply materials to masons for installation.
• Prepare surfaces, organize tools, and clean work areas.
• Be proactive in asking for help and perform other duties as assigned.
