Job summary

Journey’s End Marina in Rockland, ME seeks an experienced Marine Diesel Mechanic for a full-time, year-round role in our Commercial division. The ideal candidate will repair customer boats, inspect marine systems, and provide dependable service with safety and quality in mind.

ABYC knowledge is preferred; applicants must be able to work outdoors in varied weather and lift 50 pounds. Computer skills and strong communication are essential for timely, accurate reporting and excellent customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Knowledge of marine mechanical & electrical systems.
• ABYC accreditation preferred.
• Passionate about having outstanding customer interactions.
