Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial, financial, and contractual success of high-value gas and steam turbine data center/power plant projects. You will drive cost control, risk management, and financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance across simple cycle to combined cycle configurations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial management within energy/EPC sectors.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Manager will oversee all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of gas and steam turbine data center & power plant construction projects, including simple cycle and combined cycle configurations. This role is crucial in ensuring cost control, risk management, and financial performance while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the energy and EPC sectors, managing high-value contracts and driving commercial strategies that align with project objectives. Project budgets range from $75 million to $500 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
  • Manage and oversee all project contracts, including procurement, subcontracts, and client agreements.
