Job summary

Everon in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Field Installer to install commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and Card Access systems under supervision. You will support ongoing customer projects and ensure quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include system testing, customer instruction, maintaining truck stock, and documenting tasks promptly. A High School Diploma or vocational training and 1+ year of related experience are required, along with a valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Training required.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Knowledge of commercial intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom and access control systems.
• Ability to read drawings and pull wires.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret English drawings/policies.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and Card Access systems.
• Provide reliable, high quality customer support.
• Demonstrate system operation and functionality to customers.
• Perform system testing and signal verification.
• Maintain truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools).
• Perform new system installations, upgrades, and additions.
• Organize resources to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Monitor progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Submit all required task-related documentation on time.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented.
• Complete other projects as assigned.
