Underwriter Services Association is seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years in the insurance inspection industry. You will inspect a mix of commercial risks—including retail, restaurants, offices, service stations, convenience stores, and apartments—and residential properties (1–4 units).

A car, digital camera, and reliable internet are required. Competitive per-inspection fees apply, with rates varying by risk size and submission supplements to reporting guidelines.

Formación

• At least 3 years in the insurance inspection industry.
• Knowledge of ISO construction classifications 1–6 and exposures (GL, WC, liquor).
• Inspections cover commercial risks (retail, restaurants, offices, service stations, convenience stores, apartments) and residential (1–4 units).
• Must have a car, digital camera and high-speed internet access.

We also inspect residential risks (1-4 family dwellings). Candidate must have a car, digital camera and high speed internet connection. We have a state of the art website for inspector access and report submission. Competitive fees paid per inspection. Fees range depending on the size of the risk or supplements submitted to the regular reporting guidelines.
