Job summary

Citizens is seeking a CRM Loan Administrator to join our Restructuring Management team in Johnston, RI. You will help manage a multi-million dollar commercial loan portfolio, processing transactions and coordinating with Relationship Managers and other partners to ensure accurate, timely activity.

In this role you will support syndicated and non-syndicated loans, loan modifications, renewals, extensions, and forbearances, with a focus on detail, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Progressive experience with commercial loans.
• Familiarity with syndicated and non-syndicated loans, modifications, renewals, extensions, or forbearances.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process daily commercial loan transactions including overdrafts, payments, funding requests and account maintenance.
• Support loan modifications, forbearances, extensions and renewals with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, senior leaders and operations to resolve loan administration requests.
• Maintain internal reports and track portfolio activity via the CRM Dashboard.
• Follow bank policy and complete required regulatory training.
• Complete special projects and department priorities as needed.
