Responsibilities

• Research, assemble, and verify required information for commercial loan packages.
• Coordinate due diligence: title commitments, identity papers, lien searches, flood determinations, surveys, appraisals, disclosures.
• Prepare loan documentation for closing and coordinate with internal departments and outside counsel as needed.
• Handle loan status inquiries, wire transfers, and document organization for efficient processing.
