Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; needed for Florida licensure.
• Licensed in Florida with bar in good standing.
• Proven experience as Commercial Litigation Associate; strong knowledge of state laws.

Responsabilités

• Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and correspondence.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients.
• Negotiate settlements and manage case files and deadlines.
• Supervise paralegal staff and maintain documentation.
