Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Naples, FL team. The role calls for leadership of trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings, with a focus on business and commercial litigation and a substantial portable book of business.

A Florida bar admission or willingness to obtain it is required, and relocation assistance plus reimbursement for Florida bar admission expenses are provided to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in business and commercial litigation.
• Proven success in business development with a substantial portable book of business.
• Strong skills in trial advocacy and legal writing.
• Experience in construction defect litigation preferred.
• Admission to the Florida bar or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
• Argue motions and manage depositions, including expert witnesses.
• Participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
• Manage complex litigation files and supervise client relationships.
• Lead commercial litigation cases effectively.
