  • Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to written discovery, and preparing for and conducting depositions.
  • Assist in developing case strategies and litigation plans in collaboration with senior attorneys.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
