You will represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, develop strategies, and collaborate with partners while maintaining direct client contact in a top-tier firm environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience in mid-to-large firms.
• Experience handling business disputes and contract matters.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• JD and active bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Develop litigation strategies aligned with client objectives and collaborate with partners.
