Qualifications

• 3–6 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience in a mid-size or large law firm.
• Experience drafting and arguing discovery motions and taking/defending depositions.
• Admitted to and in Good Standing with the South Carolina Bar.
• Franchise litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong oral and written advocacy and case management skills.

Responsibilities
