Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• D.C. admission or eligibility to waive in.
• Strong substantive writing and motion practice.
• Experience managing complex discovery.
• Ability to independently run significant portions of matters.
• Depositions, court, mediation and/or arbitration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and arguing substantive motions and briefs.
• Managing complex discovery and e-discovery.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Participating in mediations and arbitrations.
• Preparing matters for trial.
• Managing an active caseload while working directly with clients and team members.
