The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial matters, demonstrate strong research and writing skills, and contribute across all phases of litigation with independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex commercial disputes.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience with discovery, motions practice and other phases of litigation.
• Deposition and/or courtroom experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
