World Insurance Associates seeks an experienced professional to independently lead client service, strategy, and renewal messaging for larger, more complex middle-market accounts. You will collaborate with senior colleagues on strategy for larger clients and support mid-market placements, ensuring accurate binders and comprehensive coverage reviews.

Position Summary

Independently leads client service, strategy, AND renewal messaging on larger, more complex middle market accounts, while collaborating closely on strategy and renewal messaging with senior colleagues on more complex and larger clients. No or limited number of small accounts. Skilled at selling all of World to larger middle market accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan
• Create solutions and make recommendations in preparation for the strategy meeting with Client Advisor.

Work Experience

• 3– 5years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding ofinsurancecoverages

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Must holdstateProperty & Casualty insurancelicense.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
