Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join the Herbie Wiles Insurance team. You will support the producer in developing and servicing accounts, manage renewal marketing, and assist with placing risk with carriers.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, client service excellence, and proactive communication to meet agency objectives and deliver superior coverage solutions.

Qualifications

• Florida 2-20 or insurance license is required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years agency experience in designated field.

Responsibilities

• Market new business as assigned by producer.
• Review information and independently make coverage recommendations; prepare applications per standards; submit to carriers and negotiate placement.
• Prepare proposals and placement documents.
• Work independently of Producers on risk placement.
• Maintain strong client/carrier relationships through endorsements and inquiries.
• Use independent judgement to formulate client solutions.
