Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support Producers/Account Executives and clients with renewal information, endorsements, and claims coordination. The role emphasizes high-quality client service, accurate documentation, and teamwork within the Professional Risk Practice.

The candidate should have a valid P&C license and at least 5 years of insurance experience; Applied EPIC knowledge is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid P&C License.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Applied EPIC highly preferred.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily administrative support to designated Producers and Account Executives, as well as existing clients.
• Processes endorsement requests, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and cancellation requests.
• Assists clients with reporting claims, maintains contact throughout the claim settlement process, and updates production staff on claim statuses.
• Performs client record updates and data entry in the agency management system.
• Maintains and prepares renewal questionnaires, and suggests coverage enhancements.
• Reviews expiration lists prior to renewal to improve retention.
• Invoicing and processing premiums for applicable accounts.
