Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center in New York. The role focuses on client retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling while leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.

You will manage a book of commercial insurance clients, build strong relationships, service policies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines and/or account management.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to client success through strategic consultation, effective relationship management, and the innovative use of technology. This role will manage a book of commercial insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support clients with coverage strategy and solutions.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.

Account Growth and Retention

• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.

Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.

Client Success

• Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
• Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active P&C license
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines and/or account management experience

Pay Details: The base compensation range for this position is $40,000 - $75,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
