Job Description:

Our client, a leading insurance agency, is looking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager for a 3-month project. This is a hybrid position.

The successful candidate will manage a commercial lines book of business consisting of approximately $6M in premium. LOB include commercial package, Auto, Umbrella, Work Comp, Cyber, EPL/D&O (industries: Textile, Manufacturing, Marine, Healthcare and Transportation).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare applications for submission
• Review and prepare submissions, quote comparisons, forms, and coverage reviews on behalf of producers.
• Conduct policy reviews, recommend coverages, and prepare proposals for new / renewal business and/or additional lines of coverage.
• Bind policies
• Order loss runs
• Review issued policies for accuracy
• Issue Certificates of Insurance (COI’s)
• Maintain proper documentation of customer contacts, inquiry responses, and account management–related communications.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a commercial lines account manager handling mid to large book of business
• 2+ years Applied Epic experience
• Working knowledge of commercial coverage in commercial package, auto, umbrella, work comp, cyber, EPL/D&O
• Experience with Nationwide preferred
• Experience with AmTrust worker’s compensation preferred

Pay Range:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $33-36/hour.
