Job summary

Criterion Executive Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to respond to daily service needs, conduct renewal reviews, and recommend appropriate coverage for commercial clients.

You will ensure accurate data entry at binding and review audits for changes in classifications or exposures. The role involves rounding out existing accounts, cross-selling agency services, and supporting other Account Managers as needed, requiring a PA license and at least two years of experience in

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance Account Management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty License in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Stay current on insurance knowledge and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily service needs of clients.
• Perform renewal reviews thoroughly and timely and make coverage recommendations.
• Ensure all pertinent data is properly input in the system upon binding.
• Review audits for changes in classifications or big changes in exposures.
• Cross-sell to clients other services provided by the agency.
• Back up other Account Managers as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance Account Management experience.
• Must have Active Property & Casualty License in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in Applied Epic (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Remain current on insurance knowledge and various industry developments.
