HUB International is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator in Downers Grove, IL to support client servicing and policy administration. You’ll handle certificates, evidences, renewal entries, and carrier communications, partnering with Account Managers to deliver service excellence.

We value 1–2 years of commercial lines experience, a P&C license (or plan to obtain within 90 days), and strong organizational and communication skills. Comprehensive benefits and career growth await.

The Commercial Lines Account Coordinator will provide professional and courteous service to our customers, carrier representatives, and HUB colleagues.

In this role, you will:

• Process Certificates of Insurance
• Complete Evidences of Property
• Request Loss Runs from Insurance carriers
• Issue Auto ID cards
• Enter renewal activities into agency management system
• Assist Account Managers with other duties as needed
• Pursue a program for personal and professional development
• Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management

What you offer us:

• 1-2 years commercial lines experience (preferred but not required)
• Property and Casualty producer’s license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Proficient with standard office computer tools; i.e. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a positive team environment and independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
