Candidates should have 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial lending or transactional law and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial lending or transactional law.
• Experience reviewing title documents and borrower organizational documents.
• Familiarity with mortgage assignments and commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review title documents and assist with title-related matters in lending transactions.
• Review borrower organizational documents, including corporate records.
• Prepare and review mortgage assignments and related closing documents.
• Organize and review closing files for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist attorneys with coordinating lending transactions for closing.
• Communicate with attorneys and other parties to facilitate timely closings.
