Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in the financial industry or related experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of commercial lending and/or deposit experience.
• Understanding of commercial lending, deposits, bank operations and documentation.
• Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial loans through origination workflow from application to post-closing.
• Enter complete loan applications, perform pre- and post-closing due diligence and documentation review.
• Coordinate loan closings with title companies, attorneys and internal partners.
• Work with Bankers and clients to gather information for underwriting and monitoring.
• Manage closing pipelines and coordinate timelines and client communications.
• Index and maintain financial/documents in Nautilus and other systems.
• Obtain and maintain KYC, CIP, CDD and Beneficial Ownership for commercial loan/deposit clients.
• Assist with opening commercial depository accounts with other partners as needed.
• Provide superior customer service and serve as a point person for assigned portfolios.
• Coordinate with Bankers on overdraft/refund decisions and escalate per policy.
