Job summary

Anthropic seeks an experienced Program Manager for Commercial Operations to transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator. You will manage end-to-end launches, define readiness criteria, and partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM to scale our go-to-market motions.

The role requires a strong background in operations, billing, and high-growth SaaS environments, with a track record of delivering ROI and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, with success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (SaaS a plus).
• Strong knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms.
• Proven ability to build and scale operational programs in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve a scalable Commercial Launches program with instrumented processes.
• Oversee end-to-end launches, scoping, and readiness for commercial-readiness requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional improvements with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM teams.
• Create program components: tiering, playbooks, SLAs, templates, and training to shift gatekeeping to partnership.
• Lead instrumentation and workflow tooling to improve throughput and cycle-time metrics.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM to design clear interfaces across teams.
