Job summary

Russell Landscape in Raleigh area is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver to lead a small crew and perform hands-on maintenance work. This leadership role requires strong landscape knowledge and the ability to manage people and equipment efficiently.

You will supervise the crew, train members, inspect vehicles, and ensure projects meet company standards while maintaining safety and client communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience (2+ years in a leadership role preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong landscape knowledge and the ability to manage both people and equipment efficiently.
