Qualifications

• Three years experience in commercial kitchen cooking, refrigeration, and/or HVAC repair.
• Journeyman License or CFESA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Properly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment.
• Communicate repair status updates and parts orders.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms.
• Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
