Job summary

FESCO is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to support the Knoxville area. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of commercial cooking equipment, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach in the field.

The role includes performing preventative maintenance, handling service paperwork, and staying engaged in ongoing training. A valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing cooking, refrigeration, HVAC, or related equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Must be 18+, with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking equipment.

Commercial Kitchen Service Technician

Serving the greater Knoxville, TN area

Pay: $30-50/hour

Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced Candidates!

FESCO is looking for experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join our Knoxville team! If you have a background in commercial kitchen equipment or a related trade. This is an opportunity to put your skills to work while continuing to grow your expertise.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician, you'll be the face of FESCO in the field, helping our customers keep their businesses running. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Communication with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales
• Order parts and complete service paperwork
• Maintain your service vehicle
• Participating in an on-call rotation and ongoing training

Equipment You Will Work On

You will work with a wide variety of commercial food service equipment, including:

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing cooking, refrigeration, HVAC, or related equipment

• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company safety standards
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
