Job summary

Pro Serv Food Equipment is hiring a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Hot Side Service Technician. You will install, maintain, and repair ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers, diagnose malfunctions, and perform repairs.

You will conduct preventative maintenance, document service calls, and provide excellent customer service. Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Hot Side Service Technician or similar.
• Knowledge of ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Kitchen Equipment Hot Side Service Technician to join our team. As a Hot Side Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete service calls and projects.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Hot Side Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
