Job summary

OTG Concessions Management, LLC is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment, install new devices, and perform regular maintenance. You will support food-service professionals, maintain logs, and ensure appliances are operating correctly in high-demand hospitality environments.

This role requires diagnosing equipment, using various tools, and lifting or moving components as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience and/or training in commercial cooking equipment such as fryers, grills.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and copper work related to new installations.
• Ability to use meters, measuring instruments, torches and hand tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Install new commercial kitchen equipment including dishwashers, conveyors, ovens, stoves, kettles, fryers, steamers and ice machines.
• Diagnose equipment performance through observation, testing, and setup.
• Disassemble and re-assemble equipment to troubleshoot, repair and maintain.
• Operate hand and power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.
• Move and test equipment, and maintain a neat, orderly workstation.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with hospitality professionals.
