Job summary

Erling Sales & Service seeks a Journeyman Electrician to lead on commercial specialty projects, install EV and commercial equipment, and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across its region. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, safety, and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates bring a Texas Journeyman license, 2–5 years of journeyman experience, and the ability to read blueprints, install conduit, wiring and panels, with a strong work ethic and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent.
• Commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and install conduit, wiring, panels.
• Strong communication and safety record.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Texas, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service electrical systems at fuel stations and car washes.
• Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure reliability.
• Train Electrical Apprentices on site.
