This role serves as Quality Control support in our Commercial Lines Department. The individual will handle the processing of routine to complex transactions related to commercial lines insurance.

Position Summary: This role is designed to work with the CL Account Manager and CL Account Executive, focusing on review and follow-up of tasks for accuracy and completeness. It is primarily inward facing and adheres to our Corporate Standards of Excellence and procedural guidelines outlined in our Professional Procedure Manual.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Review and process new business and renewal policy checking, endorsements, audits, and invoicing.
  • Communicate with Account Managers or Executives regarding account concerns, renewal or audit increases, errors, etc.
  • Coordinate with carriers/underwriters for policy corrections.
  • Issue standard letters for policies, endorsements, or audits sent to clients, and handle document delivery.
  • Maintain client files and document interactions in Sagitta & ImageRight.
  • Attend mandatory training and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn about commercial lines insurance coverage, underwriting, and processing.
