Job summary

J & J Companies is seeking qualified Installers to join our Commercial Division. We build, install and repair pallet racking systems and other steel structures inside distribution centers and warehouses. Training is provided and you will report to project locations via company transportation.

These full-time roles offer on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, PTO, paid holidays, a 401k with employer contributions, and paid travel with per diems.

Qualifications

• General construction experience (carpentry, concrete, drywall, demolition or steel).
• Ability to read floor plans and layouts is preferred.
• Forklift and/or scissor lift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, install and repair pallet racking systems and other steel structures inside distribution centers, warehouses and commercial spaces.
• Join project locations via company transportation and work with a team on site.
• Learn new skills through on-the-job training and contribute to project goals.

Our Install teams build, install and repair pallet racking systems and other steel structures inside distribution centers, warehouses and other commercial spaces. We are looking for someone with a willingness to work hard and learn new things. These positions report directly to the project locations via company transportation.
