Culligan of West Reading, an award-winning franchise, is seeking Commercial Installation to join our highly recognized and successful team. We provide over 87 years of PA success and are a world leader in water quality.

Join us to diagnose, install, and maintain water treatment equipment for commercial clients. You will travel daily, be on-call as needed, and contribute to a trusted team with paid training and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of the city area where you would be working.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, or electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain water treatment equipment.
• Complete related paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Assist with delivery and installation of products and equipment.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Communicate positively with customers and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety rules and Culligan policies.
• Travel daily and stay on job until completion; on-call as required.
• Self-manage, work independently and remotely when needed.

Job Overview

Culligan of West Reading, an award-winning franchise, is seeking Commercial Installation to join our highly recognized and successful team. We are currently expanding and looking for dedicated individuals to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain water treatment equipment.
• Complete related paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Assist with the delivery and installation of products and equipment.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate positively with customers and co-workers to maintain good public relations.
• Adhere to all safety rules and Culligan policies.
• Ability to travel daily and stay on the job until completion. Must be willing to be on-call as per contract requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, work independently, and remotely.

Compensation

• $30.00-$35.00/hr depending on experience

Minimum Requirements

• Appropriate, valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of the city area where you would be working
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
• Please note that employees who are offered a position are subject to a DOT physical (at time of hire and every two years after), a drug screen and a background check in accordance with state and Federal laws
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and electronics is preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a multitasker with strong troubleshooting skills.
