Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an Experienced Commercial Door Installer to join our field team. You will install, repair, and maintain roll-up doors, dock equipment, and related hardware.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with commercial doors, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and a valid driver's license. You will work safely at heights and document job activities for timely submission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience working with commercial doors including roll-up doors, high-speed doors, dock equipment, and dock levelers.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial doors including roll-up/ dock doors and related equipment.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial door including roll up doors also known as dock doors, dock equipment, high speed rolling doors
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned
