Job summary

D&L LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician for our Apple Grove, WV operation. This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment in commercial/industrial settings to keep facilities running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot systems, perform PMs, and document work while coordinating with plant maintenance teams. A valid EPA license and driver’s license are required; salary is hourly with weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience reading wiring diagrams for HVAC service diagnostics.
• Experience using meters for HVAC service diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and large-scale mechanical systems.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
• EPA Universal License and valid Driver's License; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial & industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and system inspections.
• Service equipment such as RTUs, split systems, and large-scale mechanical systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members on findings and solutions.
• Accurately document service work, parts used, and recommendations.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures.
