Helios HVACR Services LLC is seeking a Commercial HVACR Service Technician to join a fast-growing national team. You will diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVACR systems, delivering high-quality service with integrity and responsiveness to customers and departments.

The role requires strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities, plus a valid driver’s license and EPA certification. Expect a dynamic, on-call schedule with growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles.
• Reading schematics and work plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic technology skills - navigate mobile apps and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVACR systems.
• Problem-solve and work independently or with a team.
• Communicate effectively with customers and support staff.
• Keep van stocked and tools sharp.
• Deliver quality service and integrity daily.
• Be available for nights, weekends, and on-call emergencies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and frequently move heavy objects.
• Comfort working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
• Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher.
• Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
• Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements.
• Required to follow all applicable safety procedures

Helios HVACR Services LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is up to $45 an hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job- related knowledge, skills, and experience.
