Controls, Service & Engineering Co., Inc. (CSE) is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to work on commercial and industrial systems in Central Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment with training offered to transition from residential to commercial work.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a company vehicle, tools, PPE, and ongoing support within a long‑standing, family‑owned business serving Central PA for 50+ years.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience, including trade school experience where applicable.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Dependability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Air conditioning and heating systems; heat pumps and gas-fired equipment; motors, pumps, and compressors; controls and wiring.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
