Energy Transfer Solutions is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Pittsburgh, PA to install, service, and startup a range of HVAC systems. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure energy efficiency across commercial setups.

Requires 3–5 years in HVAC service, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-call coverage and a strong customer-service mindset are essential. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience with VRF, rooftops, and packaged equipment.
• EPA Universal Certification required; OEM-specific training or certifications preferred.
• Skilled in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and interpreting service manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; team-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Service, Troubleshooting & Optimization – Diagnose and resolve issues on a variety of commercial HVAC systems.
• Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver clear communication.
• Communication & Documentation – Coordinate with internal teams; complete service reports and work orders.
• Training & Mentorship – Stay updated with training; mentor junior technicians.
• Safety & Compliance – Follow OSHA guidelines and regulatory requirements on sites.
• Emergency Response – Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
