Job summary

TAG Refrigeration Colorado, part of The Arcticom Group, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial customers in the Dallas area. The role focuses on service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC systems for commercial customers, with no restaurant work.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical and electrical components of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, RTUs, split systems, vane axial fans, and specialty cooling systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and compliance drawings.
• Perform minor piping repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Operate equipment and complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
• Interact directly with owners, property managers, and building engineers.
• Provide repair recommendations and assist with quoting equipment repairs or replacements.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
